Booking cancellation The booking can be guaranteed or not guaranteed. In case of guaranteed booking is 100% prepayment of the room reserved for your entire stay. In case of guaranteed booking with 100% prepayment of the stay, the guest is expected to check-out time the day following the day of scheduled arrival. Booking of rooms is carried out by drawing up a document signed by the two parties (hotel and customer services), and also by application to the booking Department by telephone and other communication that allows reliably establish that the request comes from the customer service. Your booking is made within 12 hours of receipt of the application, subject to availability of places. The procedure of payment for accommodation – advance payment for the entire stay in the booked room. The estimated hours (check out time) at hostel - 12.00 hours local (Moscow) time. Check – in time is 14.00 hours local (Moscow) time. For stays of guest at least one day (24 hours) will be charged for a full day regardless of time of arrival. If the guest terminates the accommodation and does not warn of such intention hostel for 6 hours before the intended hour of departure, the advance payment for one night stay is not refundable. Rate non-refundable Rate is available only to individuals, payment is accepted only by credit card! Non-refundable tariff is valid for advanced booking and full prepayment of the stay, not combinable with other special offers or discounts.
